Income is the linked invoices before GST, in INR. Costs is one number you type in; the detailed costs stay in your Google Sheet.

Billed = invoices by invoice date, before GST: this is what your CA and GST returns use. Came in = money by the date it reached you, including GST, from the “came in on” dates on each invoice. TDS deducted by clients isn't in either.

Artist agreement = the NDA and engagement terms, with rules you switch on or off per project. Work order = scope, deliverables, dates and fee, issued under an agreement.
